Processing Time

All orders are processed within 12 business days, including holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. Should there be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pixi Plants is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Pixi Plants is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
